Aileen McDonald has 30 years experience, a highly driven businesswoman with a vision for opportunities to grow a range of exciting businesses working with your budget. An innovative, motivated and inspiring figure who thrives on getting the best out of everyone and making a difference. She started out by setting up The Monkey House Restaurant in Formakin Estate Bishopton in the late 80s which became one of the most reputable restaurants in West of Scotland.
Once established took over The Country Club Hotel, Strathblane built on its existing reputation for dining. Developed The Country Club as a sought after venue for weddings and events.
Having gained a wide range of experiences Aileen now works with individuals and companies to improve their performance. Delivering her work with passion and enthusiasm, as she truly believes that the Hospitality Industry is a fabulous industry with huge potential. Aileen has a total understanding of business, sales and costs.
Tricia has been involved in the industry from a very young age having been brought up in a hotel. Tricia started off making coffees and polishing cutlery for pocket money, and also worked in all areas of hotel front and back of house.
Tricia’s enthusiasm for the industry led to her working in a variety of different businesses from cafes, busy city centre sports bars, hotels, restaurants and food festivals.
Tricia delivers training courses in a relaxed manner ensuring that delegates keep engaged, she uses practical experiences and humour to make it realistic training that can transfer into the workplace.
